 Today, attorneys for Rock the Earth and our coalition partners have filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction in Federal Court to halt all work to expand the Roseland to Susquehanna Power Line, a project that has been approved by the National Park Service and will cause devestation to some of the country's most popular National Park Units.
