Further, we aim to represent those individuals and communities whose environment or natural surroundings are directly and adversely affected by the actions of others. Rock the Earth, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, national public interest environmental advocacy organization, is committed to protecting and defending America's natural resources through partnerships with the music industry and the world-wide environmental community.

 For the fourth time in as many years, the Mimi Fishman Foundation is conducting an on-line auction to benefit Rock the Earth. Items donated include original artwork by photographer Tobin Poppenberg, signed posters from Jam Cruise, Ozzy Osbourne, Jack Johnson, the Allman Brothers Band, String Cheese Incident, and Incubus, limited edition signed and numbered prints from Michael Everett, Ryan Kerrigan, and Jeff Wood. The auction will open on Monday, November 19 and remain open until Tuesday, December 4, so check back at www.mimifishman.org/auctions often to make your bids and help Rock the Earth!

 On Sunday, December 2, John Butler Trio, Brett Dennen and Rock the Earth join together with SF Surfrider and Save the Bay to clean up Ocean Beach in San Francisco, CA! Bring the family and some friends to enjoy a day at the beach while doing your part to defend the planet.
