As discussed in the August edition of Rock the Earth Notes, for the third year in a row we played a central role in the programming at the Arise Music Festival in Loveland, Colorado. We’re proud to announce that the four sessions Rock the Earth Executive Director Marc Ross led are now available for your viewing on the Rock the Earth YouTube channel. These sessions include an Arise Dialogue & Change Catalyst panel discussion with David Sulgalski (The Polish Ambassador), Ayla Nereo and Ryan Rising; a post-film discussion with environmental attorney and Ed Abbey associate Robert Lippman about the documentary Wrenched; an Arise Dialogue on Cultivating a Thriving Music Scene in Colorado’s Front Range with Dani Grant of SpokesBuzz and Taylor Denn of eTown; and the big highlight: A Social Change Through Music session with Alex Ebert (Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeroes), Josh Fox (Gasland) Peter Yarrow (Peter, Paul & Mary), Bethany Yarrow, and Lyla June Johnson.
