For a chance to enjoy a spectacular six-course dinner spearheaded by some of Denver’s top kitchen talent while benefiting an environmental cause, tickets are now on sale for Dine Out for Earth, presented by Rock the Earth, a nonprofit organization that partners with the music industry to protect and defend natural resources. This year’s event will be held at Linger on April 12 at 6:00 p.m. and will feature the food of Linger and Root Down‘s Daniel Asher, Central Bistro‘s Matt Selby, Beast + Bottle‘s Paul Reilly, the Populist‘s Jonathan Power, Old Major‘s Justin Brunson, and out-of-towner Charlie Ayers of Calafia in Palo Alto, California, who has previously served as chef for the Grateful Dead and Google’s corporate headquarters.
