Rock the Earth is proud to announce that our popular Dine Out for Earth event is going to take place in two locations this year — in Denver, CO (Sun., April 12) and Palo Alto, CA (Fri., Dec. 17).  Featuring top local chefs and focusing on the local & sustainable food and beverage movement, these exclusive events will feature some of the top regional chefs preparing 6-course meals, including alcohol and entertainment for one low price, benefiting Rock the Earth.

Dine Out for Earth Denver

On Sunday, April 12, we’ll be holding our second annual Dine Out for Earth Colorado at Colorado foodie lover favorite Linger. Dine Out for Earth Colorado features celebrity chef and Rock the Earth Advisory Board member Chef Charlie Ayers as well as several of Denver’s top chefs. This event will feature six courses of locally sourced cuisine, local brews courtesy of Great Divide Brewing Company, wines donated by Seamus Wines, and cocktails from Leopold Bros.

In addition, Dine Out for Earth Colorado will include a silent auction of music memorabilia, art, and donations from local businesses. Music will be provided by Denver’s own DJ Russo.

Dine Out for Earth California

Meanwhile in California, Rock the Earth is also excited to announce Dine Out for Earth California.  On Friday, April 17, 2015, Chef Charlie Ayers will hold a second event at his Silicon Valley restaurant to celebrate the local food movement in the Bay Area.

Chef Charlie’s Calafia Café will host Dine Out for Earth California and have several incredible Bay Area chefs cooking alongside Chef Charlie to create an unforgettable meal. This event will also feature six courses of locally sourced cuisine, brews (donated by Palo Alto Brewing Company) and wines (donated by Whitcraft Winery, Seamus Winery and Domenico Winery).
